Our security officers are licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). They are chosen for their professionalism, emotional intelligence, and respect for our clients. We believe that a personal touch and trust are as essential as technical skills in the security field.

What does it mean to be owned by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)?
In an employee owned company, an EOT holds some or all shares for the benefit of the employees. At Amulet, just over half of our shares (51%) have been given to the EOT. This makes our employees important stakeholders in the company’s success.

We understand that each client’s needs are unique, which is why we prioritise flexibility. With no ties to specific technology providers, we have the freedom to choose the best tools and techniques to achieve your security objectives.
Investing in people and expertise
The quality of our service starts with the quality of our training. Amulet is an accredited Highfield Training Centre, allowing us to offer nationally recognised courses tailored to the specific environments in which our officers operate.
We train our team in many areas, from front-of-house and concierge services to special roles in the railway sector. This training helps them handle different challenges with skill and confidence.
Many of our security guards and officers are trained in life-saving skills. They learn CPR, emergency medical response, and suicide awareness. We partner with organisations like the Samaritans for this training.
In the railway sector, our safeguarding officers are Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme (RSAS) trained; this training is fully supported by the British Transport Police and gives our officers enforcement/intervention rights normally only the preserve of the police. In addition to training our own officers, we are also accredited to train people from other security companies.
In the wider community, our officers working on public service contracts are often Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) trained. This training, again supported by the police, gives our officers greater intervention rights.
Committed to community impact
Amulet is deeply committed to making a positive impact beyond our core security services. Our officers are more than guardians; they are community members who bring a reassuring, approachable presence wherever they work.
We work with schools to teach children about railway safety. We also partner with charities like Shelter, the Railway Children, and Foundation 92 to help those in need. Our team goes above and beyond through community outreach and volunteer activities. We plant flowers, raise funds, and even helped improve the tiger pool at London Zoo.
We also work on social impact projects. One of these is our effort to fight Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). We work proudly with important clients and researchers from Cambridge University too. Our goal is to make public spaces safer and build trust in the communities we serve.
