Security Supervisor- Nights

PAY RATE:

£12.70 per hour

WORKING PATTERN:

4 on 4 off nights rotation 12hrs shifts 18:00 – 06:00

THE ROLE:

Amulet are looking for a dedicated Nights Security Supervisor for their well-established team. Taking pride in providing a professional security service to our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist and support the security management team.
  • Communicating duties to the Security team and handing out specific officer duties.
  • Signing out keys.
  • Answering site phone calls. (All night)
  • Liaising with managers confirming specific tasks for that night.
  • Overseeing the site guard duties and ensuring they are informed.
  • Reviewing events on CCTV when requested.
  • Liaising with the Ops team and actioning any requests.
  • Assisting production members with room keys/stage queries/unlocks.
  • Reacting to alarms and instructing site guards of their roles when they occur.
  • Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner within the designated response times.
  • Perform vehicle searches when applicable & record all information.
  • Operate, monitor, and respond to any installed security and safety systems including, intruder detection systems and fire alarms in a quick and professional manner.
  • Monitoring the radio communications to ensure the lockdown is completed correctly.
  • Filing nightly paperwork ensuring all night paperwork is present and correct
  • To assist and support the site reception teams with signing in visitors and couriers.
  • Report any insecurities, faults, spillages, damages via (Guard Tec)
  • Assist with the locking and unlocking of buildings, demises, rooms as requested
  • To liaise and assist with key emergency services when required.
  • To adhere to all site emergencies and Health and Safety procedures,

SKILLS:

  • You are capable of dealing with a variety of situations and are very customer service focused.
  • You can communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English.
  • You have good organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • You are IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • You are always well-presented.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence required.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:

  • Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
