PAY RATE:

£13.27 per hour

TYPE:

Fixed Term Contract, 3 Months 40 hrs per week

THE ROLE:

The focus of this role is to ensure all customers and retailers have a safe, enjoyable and pleasant experience whilst visiting or working in our client site and car parks. We require a smart and diligent officer who enforces compliance and safety, as well as the law.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Helping customers with pay point machines and inform council if there are any issue, using car park radio.
  • Reporting to control any maintenance issue.
  • Ensuring customers are in a clean and presentable environment.
  • As well as ensuring comfortable surroundings, you must also be vigilant and proactive in preventing health & safety issues.
  • Ensuring building and equipment compliance and undertaking various safety equipment audits and assisting customers.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:

  • Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
