PAY RATE:
£14.91 per hour
HOURS:
40 hrs per week, Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 5pm all days
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dual Service Manager. This unique role combines essential cleaning duties with vital security responsibilities to ensure a safe and clean environment for both staff and the public. As a Dual Service Manager you will oversee the day-to-day management of both the security and cleaning services across the site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, organise, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of both security and cleaning services across the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain presentation standards and security compliance.
- Operate cleaning machines such as ride-on sweepers, walking scrubber dryers, and jet washers to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues to management.
- Ensure the protection of public, staff, and property through vigilant monitoring and proactive security measures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and staff as needed.
- Respond promptly to incidents and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a current SIA DS Licence.
- CCTV Licence is desirable.
- Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
