THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Relief officer required to work at various sites, within the North west – Wrexham –Birkenhead – Liverpool – Warrington – Queensferry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Controlling access and egress
- Monitoring internal CCTV systems and site alarms
- Manning reception and booking in visitors
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Assisting with the gatehouse duties
- Supporting the site’s management team
- Issuing keys and other ad-hoc duties.
- Ability to work at short notice is a must.
SKILLS:
- Must have very good communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have good organisational and record keeping skills
- Must always be well presented
- Must have the ability to communicate at all levels, with both internal and external clients.
- Must hold a UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- CCTV licence is desirable
- First Aid certificate is desirable
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
